Teresa Elguezabal lives and writes in Baltimore Maryland. She writes fiction, memoir, and personal essays. Her creative writings have appeared in periodicals as wide-ranging as Wisconsin Lawyer, Madison Magazine, Rosebud, The Wisconsin Academy Review, and, most recently, in The Urbanite. She is currently at work on a memoir about recovering function and fun after a traumatic injury. From 1979 to 2004, Teresa was also a practicing attorney; her most recent position was in the civil litigation unit of the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. She is the proud grandmother of two boys, ages five and three, and a newborn granddaughter.
